The practice philosophy is based on the latin root of the word 'Doctor', which means "to teach". We believe our role is as a teacher, a guide and a support to help our clients help themselves move pain-free and perform at their peak.
We utilise a range of techniques to support this, including:
Michael is a chiropractor, a movement educator and a health coach.
He completed his Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, graduating as Dux and First in Clinical Studies. He has been the recipient of national and international scholarships for sports chiropractic and has won awards for his own published research on improving patient management outcomes, which he has presented at conferences around Australia.
He is a qualified running coach, and was the medical director for an international marathon team comprising over 100 athletes. He often mentors other health and fitness practitioners, and regularly teaches courses and workshops on movement, rehabilitation, pain science, embodiment, breathwork and running. He also consults as a corporate wellness expert and runs seminars on leadership, non-verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
William is a chiropractor and published researcher, who completed his Bachelors and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. He is the published co-author of a cross sectional survey of sports chiropractors within Australia, published in 2020. He has worked extensively in the Northern Beaches, the Hills district and the Eastern Suburbs, treating a variety of clients from all ages and backgrounds.
William's experience as a track sprint athlete, combined with his work as a swimming teacher, has given him the ability to coach and understand movement at a very high level. William's hobbies include golf and tennis, and he regularly trains in the gym when he can't make it to the court, green or range. His treatments have a strong focus on postural correction, improving strength and restoring smooth, pain-free range of movement.
