How to do diaphragmatic breathing

In this video, I demonstrate how to do diaphragmatic breathing using the 1:2:3:1 breathing technique. This is a great exercise for putting you into your "parasympathetic" nervous system, helping you cope with stress, improve your recovery and decrease headaches, neck, shoulder and jaw pain.
